Adding the In-Out Calendar to Outlook Within Outlook, click the Apps icon on the left-hand toolbar, and then click “Folders.” On the left pane, scroll down and expand “Public Folders.” Right Click the IN-OUT calendar and click “Add to Favorites.” Click Add when the box pops up. Go to Calendar in Outlook and you will now see the “IN-OUT” Calendar. Place a check box in the Calendar if you want to always have it visible next to your personal calendar.
