Adding PTO Calendar into Outlook

Sign into Outlook and navigate to your calendar.

Select the Calendar icon from far left vertical menu

Right click from the menu near the left side of the screen under

- Select “Add Calendar”


- Copy and paste the address below:

- Pop-up asking if you want to add calendar. Click “Yes”
- Name the folder “PTO Calendar”
- You now can delete the old PTO Calendar
