Adding Shared Drive Folders to your File Explorer Browse to SharePoint Web Portal Navigate to the folder(s) you are wanting to syncNOTE: Do not sync top level folders such as Shared, Departments, Projects - Active, etc. this will start a very large sync that cannot be stopped Click the Sync or Add shortcut to OneDrivebuttonWhich button you should depends on how you already have data synced. If you already have shortcuts from the Shared Drive in your OneDrive folder, use the Add shortcut to OneDrive button. If you have a completely separate folder for Shared Drive data in your File Explorer, select Sync. It will only let you choose one method.
