Laptop Camera is not working
If your camera is not turning on and/or reporting missing in a Teams/Zoom meeting, make sure the shutter is open. On newer computers, if the shutter is closed, the laptop will report that it does not have a camera installed.
If the shutter is in fact open, please proceed with opening an Incident Ticket.
