Installing the FreshService Mobile App

iOS

Go to the App Store and download the FreshService Mobile App (if you are on a company iPad, it should already be installed)

Open FreshService app and enter the URL (midcityelectric.freshservice.com)

Press Continue

Sign-in with your company credentials

Authorize with your chosen Multifactor Authentication method

Choose to Stay signed in

Allow the Sign-in

Allow notifications

You are now ready to use the Help Desk
